This presentation provides some best practices on risk management and planning.  You will learn techniques for recognizing and articulating risk, and developing multi-pronged risk mitigation plans.  You will also get a live demonstration of schedule risk analysis (SRA) to help you evaluate your projects for the probability of finishing on-time and on-budget.
