 Bruce Martin serves as director of enterprise architecture for BlueCross B
 lueShield of Tennessee\, which has more than 6\,000 employees and serves m
 ore than 3.5 million members in the state and across the country.
 
 He 
 leads teams responsible for defining\, driving and managing alignment of B
 lueCross technology investments with the company’s business strategies. 
 Working closely with divisional leadership\, Martin provides multi-year IT
  investment planning and program/project architecture impact assessments\,
  including options and impacts\, capability gap analysis\, and product rev
 iews to ensure alignment across our various organizations.
 
 Prior to j
 oining BlueCross in 2014\, Martin served as director of enterprise archite
 cture for Kaiser Permanente and as chief technology officer for PepsiCo In
 c.’s corporate services and Pepsi-Cola North America marketing divisions
 . Martin has over 20 years of experience leading information technology in
 itiatives as well as enterprise architecture programs and business plannin
 g.
 
 Martin earned a Master of Science degree from Pace University\, a 
 Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Lehigh University
 \, and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Ursinus College.
