April Chapter Meeting - Panel Discussion
PMI and Chattanooga State will be sponsoring panel discussion with recruiters and talent acquisition managers to provide insight on what they look for in candidates when hiring and what companies like BCBST focus on when hiring.
Shunyel Griffin, Talent Acquisition of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, and Nasera Souidi of CBL Properties will be the panelists. The discussion will be moderated by Deborah Rausch, the Chattanooga PMI President with a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification. This discussion will allow potential job seekers or members looking for a career change to ask hiring managers of two of the biggest project management companies in the Chattanooga chapter.
