 Various certifications became available including the PMI-ACP certificatio
 n from PMI.&nbsp\;
 So\, what is agile?&nbsp\;&nbsp\;What makes it differ
 ent and successful?&nbsp\;&nbsp\;This presentation will provide an overvie
 w of the core principles\, key roles and steps and a few examples of appli
 cations beyond software development.
