S he has extensive experience including leading pharmacy department project teams in the development of improved policy and procedure documents as wel l as streamlining department processes. Her project management skills have been utilized in various focus areas to include: geriatrics\, clinical ho spital practice\, research\, and public health. She is a Certified Geriatr ic Pharmacist and a Certified Immunizing Pharmacist. Dr. Martin-Yeboah is a graduate of Howard University College of Pharmacy. She has both an MPH a nd a graduate Global Health Certificate from University of Massachusetts a t Amherst. Abstract The current working landscape requires a transitio n from individual work to a collaborative environment\, whether in person or virtual.
